| Cascades
Cascades are panels that usually taper from wider at
the top to narrower at the bottom and hang to the left
and right of a window just to give it some style or
softness. They can also be tied back with a type of
valance to top it off as shown in the pleated arch picture
above. A cascade made of leather consists of several
skins put together and they are figured by the skin.
One skin will acheive
aproximately 30" of length and we can do 1/2 skin
lengths now which puts 1/2 of a skin on each cascade
and adds 15" to the length. You can add concho'd,
nailheads, fringe, and many different types of decoration.
